The Reality of UFOs May Be Hiding in Plain Sight
Yes. I saw. A UFO.
No, I’ve never been abducted or know anyone who has. But the recent 7.1 jolt of an earthquake in SoCal in July, reminded me of being shaken out of my sleep by the 6.7 Northridge quake in 1994. Five of us moved quickly outside our various bedrooms in the castle home in Beachwood Canyon and were still shaking by the event. Then we were further taken aback by a sight we all witnessed just a minute after the quake subsided. Looking north to the dark but clear night sky above the Hollywood sign, we all saw a very bright white light moving very quickly and silently east across our view. It then did a surprisingly smooth turn back the other way, like around the curve of a giant paper clip, and soon headed west for several more seconds. Before it just silently vanished.
We kid. You. Not.
My filmmaker friend Stephen Zoller also doesn’t have any abduction encounters although an event in his childhood inspired him to begin a lifelong research into UFO or AAV (Advanced Aerospace Vehicle) activity. As his family crossed the Midwest in 1965, young Zoller observed a saucer shaped object whiz by with blinding speed. Known for having a vivid imagination, Zoller’s “sighting” only provoked laughter. Years later, however, while attending the University of Toronto, he uncovered an old magazine with a photo of a UFO dated 1965 in Indiana. Maybe, he wasn’t daydreaming after all, so he devoured anything he could about UFOS, including reading about the Barney and Betty Hill incident.
Sightings and subsequent reports in mainstream media, from Sixty Minutes to the New York Times, are increasing. And, Area 51 continues to provoke conversations.
Not U.S. Vehicles
Moreover, a new History channel series, “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation,” interviews several former military employees and scientists who have officially investigated these events. Chris Mellon, former senior Defense department employee, suggests: “My hope is make a serious effort to acquire and analyze data which could tell us whether this UFO issue does involves some other civilization or reveals a breakthrough of adversaries or even allies…Evidence suggests these are not U.S. vehicles…(and) it’s inexcusable we don’t make the effort to answer such a profound question.”
So, here are some provocative but enlightening thoughts that filmmaker Zoller has about UFO/AAVs. He also created these wonderful, accompanying graphic depictions of what these encounters would be like:
Hiding in Plain Sight:
“The prevailing sentiment with UFO watchers is that they’re of extraterrestrial origin. However, the more I’ve researched, the more I suggest they’re not little green men from a far-flung part of the galaxy. It’s just way too much of a scientific leap. Interstellar travel from Alpha Centauri, our closest neighboring star at a mere 26 trillion miles away, would fly in the face of Einstein’s theory of mass-energy equivalence.”
So, if not Little Green Men then what?
“Why haven’t they reached out and said hello? Maybe, they can’t reach out. Personally, I don’t believe they are extraterrestrials. I think it’s more likely that they originate from right here on good ‘Ole Planet Earth’ — albeit from a far-flung future. I think they’ve developed the ability to move freely through Earth’s timeline but are forbidden to alter the past in any substantial way otherwise they would initiate temporal annihilation back in the future.”
“Look, after years and years of mounting evidence there is no longer any doubt that UFOs are real and that the authorities have no idea from where they originate. The question is what does the military and intelligence community know and why do they refuse to share it with the public. Maybe, they fear that an admission would lead to economic and social upheaval which would be bad for business as far as the rich and powerful are concerned.”
A Game-Changer to End All:
“What positive implications could ‘contact’ have for humanity? It may just save it. With the climate crisis and global overpopulation having such deleterious effects on our beautiful blue planet, it’s curious that UFO sightings have dramatically spiked in the past few years. My gut tells me that the two are connected…The possibility exists that before long we will witness the game-changer to end all game-changers, one that may lead to scientific and spiritual enlightenment.”
They are. Here. Already.
